Operation of mobile dock ramp

Operation:

1.  Fasten the return valve and press the handle to move the ramp over the truck soleplate. Unfold the landing legs to working height.  

2.  Drive the car under the plate.

3.  Release the return valve, and the mobile dock ramp will fall down onto the after body of the truck, then fasten the ramp and the truck with the chain.  The hydraulic system and the tyers of ramp do not carry the weight.

4.  Operating starts. 

5.  When the operation finishes, untie the fixing chains. Lifting the ramp by the handle stick, and then drive out the truck. 

6.  Uplifting the after body of the ramp to move around hang on the truck.

Safety protection:

1. Explosion-proof valves: protect hydraulic pipe, anti-hydraulic pipe rupture.
2. Spillover valve: It can prevent high pressure when the lift moves up. Adjust the pressure.
3. Emergency decline valve: the lift can go down smoothly when you meet an emergency.

Double power system of four wheels articulated boom lift

Four wheels articulated boom lift are widely used to outdoor aloft work. Because of far away from power supply, so many clients choose diesel power. 1. Hydraulic cylinder & Chain

We use high precision wear-resisting hydro-cylinder. Φ90mm*2pcs with locking device for fall protection.
The oil goes into the cylinder by the pressure of pump station  , then the hydraulic oil in the cylinder can no
longer backflow because of the non-return valve, forcing the cylinder rod to go up, and continue to make
constant hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder, and thus the cylinder rod constantly rise.


The chain is model 16A or 16B , which has a smooth surface, compact structure, the standard chain gearing,
smooth operation, no deviation phenomenon, high load capacity and tensile strength, easy to clean and to maintain.

2. Hydraulic power unit

Hydraulic power unit (power pack) consists of electric motor and hydraulic oil tank, whose Brand is Italian Hydrappp,
power is 4.0kw, first class in world. As the power source of the lift, it has outstanding features: compact structure, small
size, light weight, high efficiency and great working pressure, reliable performance,beautiful appearance and no leaks.

3. Control system & control box

The control apparatus is Brand DELIXI * 2sets, 24V voltage, Hierarchical control. It is mainly including a.c. contactor,
electromagnetic support valve, magnetic exchange valve and control transformer. 

Put through the power source, on the electric control box , “stop” button indicating lamp shines; push the “up” button, 
platform rises to the greatest altitude, then the limit switch works to separate the power source, so the platform stops. 
Push the “down” button, the solenoid valve works, and the valve core opens, so the platform drops. In the course of 
falling down, it can be stored at any necessary height by pushing the “stop” button.

4. Limit switch(travel switch)

     

                

Limit switch is brand DELIXI, the model is LXK3-20S/T, which is IP65 grade. Limit switches is used to convert
mechanical displacement into an electrical signal, the motor running status can be changed to control the
mechanical action or as a program control. So it can limit the height of lift moving with high precision.

                                                   

Safety 
 
1. Spillover valve, it can prevent high pressure when the hydraulic platform lifts moves up.
2. Manual emergency valve, it can go down to the nearest floor when you meet an emergency.
3 .Manual pump, it can move up the nearest floor when you meet an emergency.
4. Pipe fracture valve, when the hydraulic system pipe fracture, it can cut down the channel of the oil to stop the

   goods platform lift falling.
